(More customer reviews)I was skeptical at first to get this, but it worked out great. These glasses are best to use with the 3D ready DLP HDTVs. They don't require a separate ER emitter. The glasses sync up to the TV, using the TV's DLP-Link function, without an IR emitter. I have a Samsung HL67A750 TV with a Panasonic DMP-BDT100 Blu-Ray DVD player. Panasonic is the only one that you can set up to play in a checkerboard format. Samsung players do not work in this format.
