(More customer reviews)The screen itself is OK for viewing projected images if you just pull it down, but not too far, and leave it down forever. Just forget about retracting it, as the mechanism is so frail that it only retracted 6 times, then would no longer go up, and fell out of the case after hanging down a few hours. It is held onto the roller by sticky tape only. Elite said they'd replace it, but want me to pay for shipping and the charge would be more than I paid for the product! Since it came out of the case, I just hung it on the wall until I get one that works.
