(More customer reviews)Would love to find a player with all these features that works 100%. We sent back our first one because the USB port didn't work. Got the replacement and the SD card reader didn't work. I thought, third time's the charm, right? Sent it back indicated I wanted to exchange it for another, and Amazon wrote back that they hadn't anticipated so many problems with this model, and they were refunding my money instead of sending a replacement. I see as of this writing it is still for sale and there are 5 left in stock.
You MAY still want to get this, though -- you could get lucky and get one that works, and even if it doesn't work, Amazon is absolutely GREAT about returns (they even give you a postage-paid return label to print out and stick on the shipping box that you hopefully didn't throw out) and you'll get your money back.
