(More customer reviews)I bought this model from Target for a 7 hour trip. I was delighted with how easy it was to set up. I rigged it so that my front seat passenger could watch the 1st monitor and the passenger in the seat behind could watch the 2nd monitor. There was plenty of cord to do this. The plug-in cord was on the 2nd unit so I could plug it into the center console of my car without getting tangled in anything. Very easy. I popped in an audio CD to try it out and the volume was very audible. However, I did not try a DVD until we were well into the trip and then I found out that the volume was considerably lower for some reason when you play a DVD. We tried headphones, but there was little improvement. I also tried playing a DVd recording I had made of a television program and this model would not recognize it and play it at all.
I am very disappointed. I had to return it.
