(More customer reviews)I had a horrible time with this product. I paid $1800 for the LP640, fired it up and it went straight back down citing a fan failure. I generated an RMA with InFocus , sent it back , and they sent it right back to me UNTOUCHED! UGGGHH!! I generated another RMA and they replaced the unit with another but this one also had a fan failure. On the eve of an important company presentation they wanted to charge my credit card $3700 to guarantee delivery of a THIRD unit to get here in time for the presentation. I'm getting my money back on this piece of junk and getting a different, cheaper model. I wonder if they had a bad batch or something.......
