(More customer reviews)I wrote a scathing review of my experience in purchasing this product, at first, when Electronics Expo, the Amazon-vendor, would not accept a return on this product. My decision to return it was based immediately on observing the "screen door" appearance (resolution)compared to another DLP model a friend let me borrow and try. Also, the zoom feature wasn't as good. Having said that, though, the convenience of this design, with the DVD player and sound built in, is a very nice thing, and in the end, I decided to keep it and make use of it for that reason alone. I also got an email and phone number from Electronics Expo trying to make good on the deal. The rep was reachable by phone, and tried to make me happy. I recommended they find a way to say "you may not return this item if you purchase it" show up somewhere on the cart check-out page before you click "complete purchase."
