(More customer reviews)The 5 yo COBY finally broke down. Went to Fry's and replaced it with a NAXA 831....it was the cheapest player. I figured that these players are mature now and should just work. I put in a factory Disney DVD and it played through OK. Put in a DVD+RW and it would freeze during FF. This same disk played fine in the COBY and my other Pioneer. If you just play factory DVDs, it will probably work OK, but your burned ones may not. Who knows what the problem is....the disk....the player....the moon phase....I packed it up and took it back. Probably get another COBY 224.
